Chocolate Icebox Cake
The ingredients (separated egg whites are not included here)
Bread loaf pan lined with parchment paper, then lined with Lady Fingers
Chocolate in double boiler, ready to melt
Melted chocolate and sugar ready for additional ingredients
Whipped egg whites - to stiff points
Whipped cream
Melted chocolate and nuts folded into whipped cream
Whipped egg whites folded into chocolate mixture
Chocolate mousse ready to be poured into the lined bread pan
Chocolate Icebox Cake ready to be frozen
Now it's ready for the 'icing'...
... slathered in whipped cream
Ready to serve!
