1 8 oz. package Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, crushed, not minced
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 C. chopped walnuts or almonds
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
Chili Powder or Fresh Parsley
Mash cream cheese in flat bowl with fork. Add next five ingredients, mixing well. Mix until smooth; chill for 15-20 minutes. When firm enough to handle, form into log shape (I use plastic wrap or wax paper to do this). Roll in chili powder or chopped parsley, covering well. Chill 30 minutes, serve with crackers.
